Our team members benefit as well, as they learn valuable skills, grow professionally, and earn better pay and more career satisfaction. Here are but a few of the more popular paths your career can take:
- Begin as Line Cook: You can advance to Sous Chef by training at your own pace. Once deemed qualified by management, you can become Chef, after which there is an eight-week training period before you are assigned to one of our restaurants.
- Begin as Server: You can advance to Server Trainer and then to Captain by training at your own pace. Once deemed qualified by management, you can become Assistant Manager, after which there is an eight-week training period before you are assigned to one of our restaurants. By training at your own pace, you can then advance to Assistant General Manager and finally to General Manager.
- Begin as Reservationist: You can advance to Senior Reservationist and then to Sales Support Specialist by training at your own pace. Once deemed qualified by management, you can become Sales & Marketing Manager, after which there is a six-week training period before you are assigned to one of our restaurants.
- Begin as Assistant Manager: By training at your own pace, you can advance to Assistant General Manager, then to General Manager, and finally to Regional Director of Operations.
